Korbi is the owner of Revolütion Fitness & Yoga. She has been a Personal Trainer since 1995. She specializes in strength training, TRX and Kettlebells, Nutrition Counseling, Functional and Mobility training and has worked with a diverse clientele over the course of her fitness career.
Korbi became interested in exercise and fitness due to a personal experience with a family members eating disorder and depression. Before ever attending college, she would spend hours at the library as well as buying every exercise magazine she could, reading up on nutrition, exercise and strength training. There wasn’t the internet back then! An avid runner at the time, she began going to aerobic classes and working out with weights in order to learn and teach her family about the benefits of healthy eating and exercise and how it can impact us physically, emotionally and spiritually. In 1987 she enrolled at the University of Wisconsin in LaCrosse, a top school in the field of all things health. Graduating with a degree in Exercise Science in 1991. Korbi began Personal Training in 1995 and has continued to take part in teaching and sharing the benefits of fitness as a lifestyle throughout her career. She recently fulfilled a lifelong dream of owning her own studio and thus Revolütion Fitness & Yoga was born.
When Korbi isn’t training or working out herself, you can find her hanging out with her fur babies Isabella and Henry, enjoying cooking, reading, self education and spending time with family.
Favorite thing to do on a Saturday night:
“order a pizza and watch a tear jerker movie – yes!! I eat pizza”
One thing you can’t do without:
“My toothbrush – i love to brush my teeth :)”
Who has inspired you the most?:
“I’ve have been blessed with so many inspirational people in my life, but if I had to choose one I would say my friend Susie Hoverson. She was my roommate in college and what she has achieved in her life, physically, emotionally and spiritually is incredible. It pushes me to continue to grow and change and move forward despite adversity. She’s an incredible human being.”

If you could pick one fitness activity that you would do daily, what would it be?
“Walking with my dog at the dog park. She loves to run on the 60+ acre space and I love to watch her happiness, plus I get my walk in too!”
We offer 1-1 personal training with programming designed to meet your individual needs. Based on your Fitness Consultation, we will create a progressive program that will provide you with the following training aspects: corrective, mobility, flexibility and strength. Your progress will be reviewed monthly and changes made based on personal needs and goals.
Very similar to 1-1 Personal Training, except you are training with 2-3 other individuals. You will still receive a Fitness Consultation in order to set personal goals. However, you will have the added benefit of working out with a friend, relative or another client from the studio. For many, this provides a motivational factor as well as a price point that may be more affordable for you and your budget.
Are you looking to add some additional days of training to your schedule, but want to do so from home? Or does working out from home work best for you right now? Either way, we can provide you with all the training you are looking for via our Virtual Training program. After a Virtual Fitness Consultation, we will create a progressive program that will provide you with the following training aspects: corrective, mobility, flexibility and strength. You will also have access to our fitness app for your programming, accountability and motivation. Your progress will be reviewed monthly and changes made based on personal needs and goals.
