Personal Training Pricing
We offer 1-1 personal training with programming designed to meet your individual needs. Based on your Fitness Consultation, we will create a progressive program that will provide you with the following training aspects: corrective, mobility, flexibility and strength. Your progress will be reviewed monthly and changes made based on personal needs and goals.
$75 (required for all potential clients) PAR-Q, Health History, Personal Goals and Motivation.
$175 Fitness consult as well as evaluation of your overall health and physical status by obtaining baseline health stats, body composition, movement screens and performing cardio, strength and endurance testing.
$125 Goal setting, general information, nutritional analysis, physical analysis, pictures and food diary.

ONE HOUR SESSIONS
Single Session: $85
2 – 7 sessions: $79/per session
8 – 11 sessions: $73/per session
12 + sessions: $68/per session
HALF HOUR SESSION
Single Session: $55
2 – 7 sessions: $52/per session
8 – 11 sessions: $48/per session
12 + sessions: $43/per session
Very similar to 1-1 Personal Training, except you are training with 2-3 other individuals. You will still receive a Fitness Consultation in order to set personal goals. However, you will have the added benefit of working out with a friend, relative or another client from the studio. For many, this provides a motivational factor as well as a price point that may be more affordable for you and your budget.
Pricing depends on the size of the group, between $25-45/person.

DOUBLE UP TRAINING
Online training with two half hour in person sessions a month.
Online training with one half hour in person session a month
